RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I agree that I have received these complimentary vacation certificates for no compensation whatsoever.  I further agree that all arrangements with respect to the complimentary vacation certificates and any air travel, hotel accommodations, or cruises that I receive in exchange for, or as a result of, accepting the complimentary vacation certificates are made through Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc., and, as such, Car Program, Inc., has no control or responsibility over the complimentary vacation certificates or the arrangements of any air travel, hotel accommodations, cruises, or any other thing offered in exchange for the complimentary vacation certificates whatsoever.  By accepting the complimentary vacation certificates or by procuring or obtaining the complimentary vacation certificates by any means whatsoever, I agree to release and hold harmless Car Program, Inc., and its employees, officers, directors, agents, client charity organizations, and representatives from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims related to the unavailability of flights, cruises, or hotel accommodations, claims related to any failure to procure travel arrangements or accommodations, claims related to any personal injury, death or property damage, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, and actions of any other kind in connection with air travel, hotel accommodations, cruises, or any other thing offered through Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc., or related to the acceptance, obtaining, or use of the complimentary vacation certificates.  In accepting the complimentary vacation certificates, I hereby agree to this Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreements in all respects.
