The Alzheimer's Association is the only national voluntary health organization dedicated to research into the causes, cures, treatments and prevention of Alzheimer's disease, and to providing education and support services to individuals with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. The Greater New Jersey Chapter, one of the largest chapters in the Association's network, carries out the organization's goals on a local level in the fourteen northern, central, and southern New Jersey counties that encompass our service area. These counties include: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren. |
