The Alzheimer's Association, a national network of chapters, is the largest national voluntary health organization committed to finding a cure for Alzheimer's and helping those affected by the disease. Having awarded more than $100 million in research grants, the Association ranks as the top private funder of research into the causes, treatments, prevention, and cure of Alzheimer's disease. The Association also provides education and support for people diagnosed with the condition, their families, and caregivers.
The Alzheimer's Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter consists of families, caregivers, scientists, health professionals, and concerned citizens who are committed to finding a cure for Alzheimer's Disease and to easing the burden of Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders on patients and their families and loved ones.
Our mission To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
