Be An Angel's mission is to enhance the lives of children and young adults with multiple disabilities or profound deafness. The Be An Angel Fund, Inc. was started in 1986 by a concerned parent in an attempt to help meet the overwhelming needs of the multiply handicapped, profoundly deaf, and blind students at T. H. Rogers School in Houston Texas. Together these three groups comprise our special education component and within it, 99% of the students are non-verbal. Because of this they are a target of abuse. |
