The California Narcotic Officers' Association (CNOA) Survivors Memorial Fund, a non-profit organization, administers the only Memorial Fund that provides immediate financial assistance (within 48 hrs) to the families of all California law enforcement officers who have unselfishly sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. Since 1964, CNOA has grown to become the largest non-profit Training Association in California, with nearly 7,000 members. Our members include: local, state, and federal peace officers, prosecutors, law enforcement personnel, and other national and international associates. CNOA is committed to providing quality training and services to its members and working to make California a drug free place to live, work, and raise our families. |
