Houston Audubon Society promotes the conservation and appreciation of birds and wildlife habitat. The Society is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and is supported by member dues and donations from individuals, foundations and corporations. Our mission is to promote "the conservation and appreciation of birds and wildlife habitat." We do that by providing critically important habitat in the form of our 3,300 acres of sanctuaries, and also with education programs for children and adults. We watch out for birds in every way we can, birdwatchers in every sense of the word, and we need your help. |
