St. Mary's Hospital was founded in 1895 by the Sisters of Charity of St. Elizabeth in response to the urgent medical needs of the community. Since then, St. Mary's has grown and evolved into a 200-bed acute care hospital that offers a vast array of emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services and programs. Our Mission is to continue the healing Mission of Jesus by responding to the changing healthcare needs of the communities we serve. Our Mission is based on six core values: Dignity, Charity, Justice, Service, Excellence and Care of the Poor.
