Be An Angel's mission is to enhance the lives of children and young adults with multiple disabilities or profound deafness. The Be An Angel Fund, Inc. was started in 1986 by a concerned parent in an attempt to help meet the overwhelming needs of the multiply handicapped, profoundly deaf, and blind students at T. H. Rogers School in Houston Texas.
