The
Children’s Home Society of New Jersey mission since 1894
has been to find loving families for children, to protect
children from harm, and help parents find better ways to
be parents so they can keep their children. These
three facets of our mission remain core to us today.
From its beginning, CHS of NJ has adhered to the
philosophy that each child should be cared for in a family
home and loved the same as a child born to a family.
