GSDRH,
Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Every
year 2.5 million dogs are euthanized in the United States
simply because there are not enough homes for them all.
Because the German Shepherd Dog enjoys such immense
popularity, ranking 3rd in AKC registrations in 2000, many
euthanized are German Shepherd Dogs. GSDRH was
formed in mid 1999 by a group of caring individuals, bound
by a deep love and admiration for the breed, in response
to the large number of homeless and abandoned German
Shepherd Dogs in the Houston area. DONATE
