to relieve suffering, to feed the hungry, to care for the
sick, and to comfort the distressed. Our calling is
a love that can change the world. Seventh-Day
Adventists believe that reaching out in hope and faith is
the very work that Jesus calls Christians to do. By
working together we are able to do things that we could
never do individually. And the results of our
endeavors are stronger communities and a better
