Valley Oak SPCA, located at 29016 Highway 99, Visalia, CA 93277, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which operates an Animal Shelter/Adoption Center and Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic. The SPCA will, through direct action, promote the humane treatment of animals, educate our community on responsible pet care, reduce pet overpopulation through an aggressive spay/neuter program and celebrate the human/animal bond. The SPCA is committed to placing healthy pets into loving homes where they will receive lifelong care. |
