All passenger vehicles, motorcycles, RVs, buses, kit vehicles, government-owned vehicles, trailers weighing 3000 lbs or more, and reconstructed vehicles from 1972 or newer require a title to donate. No titles are required for trailers weighing less than 3000 lbs, snowmobiles, mopeds, and ATVs. Your automobile will be accepted for donation regardless of emissions or smog test results.
