Foster's Home for Children is a nonprofit 501(c)[3] and has been serving boys and girls since 1960. The Home is licensed by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services as a multi-service agency providing residential group care, foster care, and adoptions. In addition the Home is contracted to provide in-home family care to children at risk of having to be placed outside their home.
