Oregon Title Information for Vehicle Donation
All vehicles that are newer than 1925 require a title for donation. This includes motorcycles, mopeds, RVs and trailers that weigh 1800 lbs or more. Snowmobiles and ATVs do not require a title to donate. Boats are titled through the Oregon state Marine Board. The license plate needs to remain with your vehicle when donating.
